Cooking Instructions - Conventional Oven
Frozen: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove frozen scallops from all packaging and place on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on middle rack in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes. Remove wooden skewers before serving.
Thawed: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove stuffed scallops from all packaging and place on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on middle rack in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes. Remove wooden skewers before serving.
Cut in middle to check for doneness, or internal temperature of 160°F. Do not microwave.
