Cooking Instructions

BEST COOKED FROZEN

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove scallops from all packaging. Place on baking tray and place tray in oven. Bake for 10 minutes then turn over. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until crispy.
Broiler: Preheat broiler on high. Remove scallops from all packaging and place on broiler pan. Place broiler pan about 8" from heating source. Cook 5-7 minutes then turn over. Cook for an additional 4-6 minutes.
Stove Top: Preheat a lightly oiled skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Remove scallops from all packaging. Place in skillet or frying pan bacon side down. Turn as bacon crisps. Cook until bacon is crispy.
Grilling: Thaw scallops overnight in refrigerator. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove scallops from all packaging and place on grill, scallop side down for 2 minutes. Turn and cook for an additional 3 minutes until bacon is crispy.

Cut in middle to check for doneness, or internal temperature of 160°F. Do not microwave.
